We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600+ for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. It is not simply a 'hotel' but a beautiful resort and spa, so we regret only spending 12 hours there, basically to sleep and have breakfast. The grounds were beautiful, the spa looked amazing, the rooms were plush, and the views amazing. There was a EUR80 upcharge for a 2nd person to cover breakfast which is a little steep for a continental breakfast, but this was no ordinary continental breakfast. It was an amazing breakfast buffet.
The only recommendation I would have would be for the hotel to have a bigger covered parking area, as there seemed to be room for only 8-10 cars, with the rest parked along the road outside. Not a big deal, as we only had a dusting of snow the night before, but I imagine would be a little more inconvenient with huge dumps of snow. A 4*-5* experience, we just wished we could have spent longer and enjoyed more of the facilities. Panorama is on our list of places to go back to, and even if you are skiing in Kitzbuhel and don't want to pay the over-inflated Kitzbuhel prices, it is a great option with a 25-30 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn Gondola (The hotel does offer a ski shuttle but it only serves the Skiwelt Brixen area and not Kitzski)
One of my favorite Place to have relax and to spend time with my family!
It is a great place, really friendly waiters, great food, I a mean really good food. It is a delight to enjoy the 5 course dinner. ||Love the outside pool. great saunas. good afternoon snack. ||great view out of the rooms. The only thing I …
What an amazing place to stay. On arrival at this family run hotel we were greeted by the owners daughter who immediately made us feel at home showed us around the hotel the pool and spa area are 5 star including inside and outside pools, …
We had booked a standard room and arrived very early around 11.30am, the staff were amazing and said they would get our room pushed forward and offered us a free drink in the bar, even though check in wasn't till 3pm. Whilst sat in the bar …
Small boutique hotel and give very warmth feeing . Spa available to enjoy and room view over city of Innsbruck and mountain is magnificent! Came here in Nov and see the first snow in 2019, so fairly tale and enjoy the stay! The restaurant has similar view over the mountain and breakfast spread is great! Very friendly staff to help and assist you. The lounge is simple and cosy.. a great walk to the mountain is at the doorstep. Go for good walk or tracking in the morning is a perfect day to spend... room decor is very homely feel and is clean ! Will come back to stay again when I visit to Innsbruck !
Quite comfortable, with nice public areas and an impressive spa. But the bedroom was stifling in the warm weather with no aircon and leaving the windows wide open meant lots of flies in the morning. Yeah, those flies, landing on the buffet and bothering everyone in the conference rooms all day. You got to sort them out..! Nice view, though.
Nice Hotel but nothing special. Great spa area!
Considering the price as well as the fact that the hotel has 4*S-Status i would expect it to be a little bit more special.
Rooms
Nothing special. We had a quite dark room (even tough we had a suite) without a working heating or air condition. Quite disappointing.
I would also expect to have a proper king size bed with one huge mattress instead of two single ones.
Spa
The spa area is huge, looks really nice and has a lot to offer.
A nice outdoor area, jacuzzis, an indoor pool, and so on.
Food
The food was quite good only negative point is with the 5 course dinne menu you have to get two of the courses yourself (salat, soup, bread, etc.)
Service
The Service has been nice and friendly but also not as exclusive as I would have expected it from 4*S.
Overall I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a down to earth and solid wellness weekend. If you look for something special (Like the prices suggests) you might want to look for alternatives.
